How long will it take for my baby’s essentials to arrive? We offer three shipping speeds across the USA to ensure your nursery is ready for the big arrival:

  • Express Shipping: $20 (3-6 business days) – For when the stork is arriving early!

  • Standard Shipping: $10 (7-14 business days)

  • Free Standard Shipping: $0 (7-14 business days) – Available on qualifying orders.

When will my order ship? Most orders are processed and ready for transit within 1-2 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package starts its journey.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes? Yes! We ship to all residential and business addresses within the United States, including P.O. Boxes and military addresses (APO/FPO).

SIZING & SAFETY

How do I choose the right size for my newborn? Babies grow at their own pace! We recommend checking our Detailed Size Chart [Link] which uses both weight and height for a better fit than age alone. If you're unsure, we always suggest "sizing up" for extra comfort.

Are your clothes safe for sensitive skin? Absolutely. All Crisp Cradle items use non-toxic dyes and are lead/nickel-free. We focus on hypoallergenic fabrics to prevent irritation on delicate newborn skin.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy? We want you to be 100% happy. We accept returns of unworn, unwashed items with original tags and packaging within 30 days of delivery.

What if I received a damaged item? We take quality very seriously. If an item arrives with a defect, please email us at info@crispcradle.myshopify.com with a photo within 48 hours, and we’ll send a replacement immediately at no extra cost to you.
